Barbara and Sonny Lopez were married for 34 years
and raised three children together here in Colorado
Springs. In 2006, Barbara was diagnosed with breast
cancer. During her last week of cancer treatment,
Sonny became ill with a stomach-ache. A few days
later, Sonny unexpectedly died from pancreatitis.
Barbara was declared cancer-free just weeks after, but
Sonny was no longer alive to celebrate the victory. Sadly,
in 2009, Barbara's cancer returned and is now battling
her illness and is too weak to care for her yard, she is
requesting help from Remnant Restoration. We are
planning a landscape make over for Barbara to give her
a low maintenance yard. Want to help? Please consider
